Project Overview

Viatris, a Korea-based pharmaceutical brand, needed a unified system to track the movement of raw materials used in drug manufacturing. The existing tracking processes were siloed and prone to miscommunication, with multiple stakeholders working off disconnected tools.

Our goal was to design a centralized digital platform that would:

  • Track raw materials through every touchpoint

  • Enable role-specific access and updates

  • Ensure regulatory compliance, especially with sensitive drug components

  • Minimize delays and miscommunication

The Solution

We designed a modular, role-based experience that included:

  • An order dashboard for initiators

  • A goods-in-transit view for tracking materials

  • A security check-in interface for gated entry

  • A warehouse logging module

  • A QA review and compliance flow

Each stage recorded actions with time stamps, making the entire process traceable and transparent.

The Solution

We designed a modular, role-based experience that included:

  • An order dashboard for initiators

  • A goods-in-transit view for tracking materials

  • A security check-in interface for gated entry
