Project Overview
M Parivahan is a government mobility app offering access to vehicle, license, and transport services. The existing app was cluttered, poorly organized, and difficult to navigate. I redesigned the interface with an intuitive layout and added new modules such as dynamic vehicle/license cards and ticket information — giving users a more structured, friendly experience.

The Problem
Overloaded interface with too many unrelated functions
No visual hierarchy, causing confusion and cognitive load
Lack of modular components like vehicle cards or alerts
User frustration and drop-off due to overwhelming UX

Cleaned up navigation with clear sections for vehicles, tickets, and services
Introduced vehicle/license cards with quick-access data
Designed a ticket module to track pending challans or actions
Simplified color scheme and spacing for better readability
Made the design mobile-first, with emphasis on accessibility
