Project Overview

Hershey’s, one of the world’s leading confectionery brands, needed a system to measure the cost of complexity across its operations — from supply chain parameters to demand volatility. The goal was to create a data-backed decision-making tool that could absorb historical data, predict upcoming patterns, and simplify complex product strategies.

We designed a Cost of Complexity Dashboard that transforms data into actionable insights, helping cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, optimize SKUs, and make smarter forecasting decisions.

Hershey’s teams were manually compiling and analyzing disparate data sets related to product complexity, supply-demand mismatches, and forecasting errors.

  • Empowers users with a user-friendly dashboard to simulate cost-saving decisions
