Intelligent Onboarding Assistant (IOA) is a smart tool that helps users upload onboarding documents (like CSVs with Q&A data), tag them under HR or Finance, and get AI-generated summaries, traceability, and evaluations. The assistant simplifies review workflows by organizing content, highlighting scores, and providing clear visual feedback — saving time and improving decision-making.

Teams were manually reviewing thousands of rows of onboarding Q&A data
Lack of clarity on how the data was evaluated
No visibility into which sections performed well or poorly
Non-intuitive interfaces made it hard to navigate or trust the system output

The Solution
We designed an AI-assisted interface that:
Enables CSV uploads with clear tagging (HR/Finance → Subdomain)
Shows summarized insights instantly after upload
Provides a traceability layer that connects each question to its evaluation score
Uses color-coded visuals and AI-generated summaries for clarity
Displays final scoring against each evaluation criterion (e.g., relevance, quality, structure)
The UI was optimized for clarity and quick scanning, with a focus on helping users trust the AI by showing how each decision was made.
The Solution
